Come join us for a day of fun on the grounds of Shepherd's Rest Ministry!

When: 10-2 (Come and go).

Who: Any local minister and your family

What: 

• Games (disc golf, bocce, etc.)
• Hiking and geocaching (maybe some competition here, too)
• Food - lunch will be provided
• Photo ops (It's wildflower season, people! Grab your cameras!)
• Music
• Fellowship

Why: To encourage one another in our service for Christ!

This event is FREE!

Bring your camp chairs or picnic blankets, cameras, and wear good walking shoes.

We had a fabulous time in October with a group of women for our overnight retreat. We would love to host another. If you would be interested, please let us know! Our two buildings can accomodate a group under 12 for small group retreats, and we would love to help you put it together. 

"Diamonds in the Rough" could also work for a larger ladies retreat, and we would be happy to share the material with any church interested.

Thank you to all the friends and supporters who came out to celebrate with us as we dedicated the Emmanuel Cottage! It was a joyful morning as we reflected on how God provided all that was necessary to bring His vision to fruition.

We anticipate welcoming our first guests later this summer or early fall. Just a few more items need to fall into place, then we'll open the doors to all who will come.

Delivery of our first cottage took place on Monday, April 24th. The cottage was safely placed on its foundation and made ready for the next phase of preparations.

We are thrilled to report that our first cottage is in the works! Watch here for updates on the cottage to be in place and ready to furnish in April 2017.
